Acme Studio Residency, Hackney
Acme Studios is offering a studio residency, from October 2012 to March 2014, based at Matchmakers Wharf, Homerton, E9.
The residency will provide a selected artist with a free studio for 18 months (worth £7,500) and a bursary of £10,000. The 'studio' can be used in a variety of ways to reflect the selected artists' proposal. The artist will engage with the history of the site, and the people associated with it, both past and present, as the artist's principal 'subject matter'.
