The South London Gallery seeks a Children and Families Project Assistant who will assist with the delivery of the SLG's Play Spots: Making Place for Play in Public Space programme. Play Spots is a three-year play project for children and families across five local housing estates, which is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
The Children and Families Project Assistant will have knowledge of and enthusiasm for informal arts education and/or play work, as well as a keen interest in the contemporary visual arts. As a motivated and organised team player, you will play a key role in planning, preparing and clearing-up sessions with children, families and young people, as well as undertaking ongoing project monitoring and evaluation.
