Cinema and Films Co-ordinator, ICA

The ICA seeks an experienced and conscientious individual to coordinate the successful delivery of the busy cinema programme across different teams within the ICA. Working closely with the ICA Cinema Programmer, you will provide support to ensure the effective management of the outsourced programme contract, liaise with the technical team to ensure that screenings and events run smoothly, ensure the listings data is maximized across digital, print and press formats, help negotiate terms and agreements for festivals and events, and generate appropriate reports to monitor footfall and ticketing.

You will have previously held a relevant position with exposure to a daily programming environment. Experience with communications and budget management would be necessary for this role, as is the need to have excellent presentation and time management skills. A keen interest in film and cinema is welcome.

This is a fulltime position; Salary range £19,000 - £23,000.
