Development & Communications Assistant, South London Gallery
Reports to: Development Manager
Part Time: 4 days per week / 28 hours per week
Contract: One year period
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Deadline: Monday 18 June 2012, 10am
The South London Gallery seeks a Development & Communications Assistant who will work alongside the Development Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager on a range of new fundraising activities and initiatives over a one-year period. A key project will be the transformation of the gallery’s existing data and contact systems into an effective, up-to-date and streamlined database. The Development & Communications Assistant will also assist with the planning and organising of a number of events, undertake donor research, support marketing activities and administer donations.
