Reporting to the Visitor Services Manager the Gallery Assistants are the key people in ensuring that our visitors have a positive experience at FACT. This will be achieved by excellent customer service, a high awareness of Health and Safety procedures and a passion for bringing the work to we show to the widest possible audiences. The position will work within the Galleries, on the Information Desk, delivering talks and tours to visiting groups and occasional work to FACT HQ. The role will also provide vital supervisor cover at the weekends on a rotating basis ensuring quality remains consistent during all opening hours. This role is a key position, as you will be placed as the ‘face’ of FACT for our public. Due to the technical nature of our exhibitions you must be confident with technology.
