Graduate Trainees, Cambridge Arts Theatre
There is nowhere quite like Cambridge Arts Theatre, a thriving venue in the heart of historic Cambridge, run by a team with a clear vision of what it takes to sustain and grow a major artistic institution.
We are looking to recruit graduates who are serious about starting a career in Theatre. Key to success will be a willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. The workload in the Theatre can vary wildly, so you might find yourself working in the Box Office, researching costumes for a production, serving drinks or selling programmes.
Working at Cambridge Arts Theatre is not for the fainthearted. You will need to bring a genuine passion for Theatre and an ability to shine as part of a highly committed team. In return you will be given the chance and support to make a real difference through your work and be involved in some of the most exciting projects in the sector.
