Delivered by BAC, an independent performance venue, and People Create, a personal development and creative learning-design company, this programme recognises that artists and practitioners are leaders through their practice.
Unconstrained by organisational weight, artists and practitioners combine a fleetness-of-foot and a creative vision to act as catalysts of change and inventors of the future.
If you are curious or determined about leading through your practice, this joined-up programme offers two distinct pathways: The Independents, an experience based pathway led by BAC, and Wayfarer, a research based pathway led by People Create.
