One full-time (maternity cover) - £30,122 to £35,938 per annum
Two part-time, each with approx. 150 hours across the academic year - £34.59 per teaching hour
Norwich University College of the Arts (NUCA) is a successful specialist creative arts Higher Education institution, offering high quality education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Following strong growth in applications we are now seeking to recruit committed and dynamic tutors to teach on our BA (Hons) Photography course. The course has a particular focus on advertising, editorial and fashion photography and their contexts. We are looking for candidates who have a comprehensive understanding of commercial photographic practices. Ideal candidates will have experience of working at a high level of the profession and sound knowledge of national and international markets. Experience in working with moving image would also be advantageous.
The successful candidates will ideally have experience of Higher Education teaching and learning requirements. The posts involve preparation for and delivery of tutorials, workshops, lectures, critiques and seminars across the curriculum. Essential course components comprise studio practice, contextual studies, and business and professional skills.
