Hales Gallery is looking for a Gallery Technician to begin at the beginning of September. This is a 2 day p/w part time position however during busy periods this may be more.

Main duties will include:
Install/Deinstall of exhibitions packaging of works in Gallery on-site storage; preparing artworks for shipments abroad to art fairs; working with the Gallery Directors to have works hung in the viewing room when required; working with the Gallery Registrar to maintain a clear and organised database of work; occasional installation of work outside of the gallery.

Previous experience in art installation is desirable as is the passion for contemporary art. Please send through a cover letter and CV.
