Event Description
A Celebration of British Sculpture 2009 with all of the artworks by sculptors located throughout Great Britain. Making large scale sculpture is a heroic pursuit. The sculptor has to have a large studio, has to wrestle with the cost of materials, equipment, casting in the foundry, transport and at the same time has to keep the creative spirit of sculpture
alive for us, the public, to enjoy. Includes work by Lynn Chadwick, John Buck, John Sydney Carter, Irene Rogan, Diane Mclean Opening times 10 am to 4 pm
